The most primal, be-all-end-all, “How strong are you?” exercise. My favorite local restaurant: is Los Andes. If you haven’t been, go. Quick fitness tip: Little and often over the long haul! Fitness is like saving money and investing. You slowly collect a little at a time, day after day, until one day… you’re rich! Practice fitness little by little, day after day, for a long time, and then one day…

Knowledgeable and passionate trainers. Family. Hobbies: Swimming, walking/running. Baseball and basketball (until I get burnt out lol). Spending time with friends and family. MOVEMENT!! The exercise I love the most (and why): Barbell Reverse Lunge. It is one of the most athletic and beneficial exercises. Not everyone does them so it makes me feel very powerful when I load up a ton of weight. Favorite Local Restaurant: The Black Sheep. Food, delicious. Drinks, delicious. Atmosphere, great. Quick Fitness Tip: If you don't use it you lose it! If you stop lifting weights, running, or stretching, your strength, endurance and flexibility will gradually decline. Consistency IS key!
