Body Soul Training trainers at a community event in Rhode Island, showcasing collaboration and fitness support under a sunny outdoor setting.

Happy 2025!

I hope all of you are rocking and rolling in the New Year!

I’ve got a fun Body Soul update for you— Lisa and I (Vinny) are both now adjunct instructors in Rhode Island College’s Health and Physical Education Department. RIC is my alma mater, and I still feel like I just graduated… As soon as you think you’re out, they pull you back in!

Lisa is teaching Exercise Prescription, a class where students learn to prescribe effective exercises for a variety of different client populations. I’m teaching a course called Weight Training, and students will learn the basic principles of weight training, including workout structure, exercise selection, technique, and more. Who knew two meatheads could be college professors!

This has been an amazing experience as we expand Body Soul’s impact on the local fitness community. Educating future fitness professionals is an important job, and we’re honored to be trusted with the responsibility.

But don’t worry— this doesn’t mean we’ll be in our studio any less. We’re still here for all of your fitness needs! Just like we love educating the students of Rhode Island College, we love teaching and guiding all of our clients on their fitness journeys.

If you want any help in 2025, we are happy to jump start your New Year and guide you towards whatever fitness goal you have. Want to reach out? Send us an email at info@BodySoulTraining.com Look forward to hear from you!

Alright, that’s all for now. All my best!

Vinny
